DESCRIPTION
MPT 1820APS is a combination of an attenuator and a phase shifter in a 18-pin surface-mount package of 1.0" x 0.9". In this small package, the MPT1820APS has 360 degrees of phase shift range and 20 dB of attenuation range over the frequency range of 1800 MHz to 2000 MHz. Both the attenuator and the phase shifter function independently. It has a very low delay of 2.0 ns, which implies a lower value delay line in the application resulting in a correspondingly lower loss. MPT 1820APS has a delay variation of only ± 100 ps which corresponds to super flatness of phase and amplitude in the application circuits.
