MPT is MIL-PRF-38534 qualified, QML-38534 listed, and ISO 9001 certified by DSCC (Defense Supply Center, Columbus, OH).  All of MPT's quality procedures and quality manual are in accordance with MIL-PRF-38534 and ISO 9001; all testing methods are based on MIL-STD-883, quality conformance inspection (CI) and periodic inspection (PI) follow Appendix C, Option 1 (in-line inspection) of MIL-PRF-38534, design control is per ISO-9001.

For military parts but non-compliant to MIL-PRF-38534, MPT will do screening tests per MIL-STD-883 and customer's specific requirements for quality conformance, or will follow CI per Appendix C, Option 1 of MIL-PRF-38534.

For non-military parts, MPT will do screening test per customer requirements or will do the following:

MPT's Standard Screening

1. 100% Internal visual inspection (MPT OP44)

2. Destruct bondpull test (3 pcs./lot) (MPT OP39-4.9)

3. Bubble detection (MPT OP70)

4. Temperature cycling test (3 pcs./lot), 10 cycles, 0°C to +70°C (MPT OP82)

5. Pre-seal and final electrical testing (MPT OP42)
